Shipments and returns.
Your parcel delivery
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of confirming your order and are shipped via our home delivery service. The lump sum of one thousand CFA francs for delivery relates exclusively to deliveries made in the cities of Yaoundé and Douala. If you wish to be delivered to another city, an additional cost will be applied and will be communicated to you when confirming your order.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Please control your products at the time of delivery and make sure of their condition. In case of concern related to the condition of the products delivered, we undertake to replace them and to bear the delivery costs.
In general, our orders are delivered within the deadlines mentioned on our site and in accordance with your locality and more precisely within the summary deadlines for your order that you will find in your order validation email. Delivery times take effect from the confirmation of the order. In case of impediment either by a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event that does not allow us to honor the delivery within the time limits, the delivery time is extended according to the duration of the impediment.
You have 2 days following the delivery of your order to return an item in case of valuable reasons.
These are the Steps to follow:
1 - Contact our customer service to check the eligibility of your return on +237 657 93 40 13 Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or create your return from your Beambuy account by clicking on my commands – return – create a return.
2- Drop off your item at a Beambuy agency if you have been delivered by an agency. If you had been delivered to your home, Beambuy will organize the collection of your return no later than 48 hours after the creation of the return.
3- The item will only be received if it is accompanied by its invoice, all its accessories and in its original packaging in good condition.
4- All returned items are subject to verification review.
Acceptable Reasons for returns
Below are the reasons for accepting returns:
-Non-compliance with the product offered on the site
-Care products, Beauty, Cosmetics and hygiene and accessories
-Food and consumables (drinks, etc.).
-Phone accessories (protective films, cases, shells, etc.)
-Electronic accessories (earphones, chargers, headphones, etc.).
If the problem stems from customer use and/or all return conditions are not met, the return of the item will then be refused. Note that no return will be registered beyond 7 days after delivery of the order.
Return processing times
The return procedure starts from the verification of your product at Beambuy.
Product replacements are made within 1-5 days.
If the replacement is not made within 5 days, we invite you to contact customer service on +237 657 93 40 13 Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Refunds for returned items are effective within 3-5 days. Refunds are made exclusively by Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
